Are they working? April 2, 2012
Reviewer: Wondering from British Columbia  
I bought a set of these deer whistles. Out of curiousity, I tried blowing through them. The closed one makes a higher pitched whistle. The open one makes a pitiful little squeaky sound unless I plug the hole at the back with my finger. Then it makes a lower pitched whistle sound. I wonder if that one is defective or if it is supposed to do that. Is there anyone out there that has blown into these things, and what results did you get? I give a one star rating because I have no idea if they are working. I would give zero but I apparently can't do that.
