Processing Time:

Most orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

USPS Priority Mail is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail typically arrive in 2 - 3 business days to most locations in the US.

*UPS Standard Ground shipping
UPS Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Orders shipped with UPS Standard Ground shipping typically arrive in 2 - 5 business days. UPS Standard Ground is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

*UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and can be viewed in the cart. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped with UPS Next Day Air shipping will typically arrive in 1 business day.

Free Shipping orders ship by UPS Ground to
the lower 48 states only, and is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will e-mail you the tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Prior to completing your order, the cost of shipping will be displayed during checkout.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will notify you via e-mail. At your request, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipping outside the United States and Canada:

We currently do not ship to destinations outside the United States or Canada.
